For three to four months your key faculty leader or practice manager will be matched with an individual strategic partner, an INCUS Coach. With a 'hands-on' approach, an INCUS Coach will enhance your leaders' management capability, capacity and speed to EXECUTE the transformation of their department or section's practice. In one-on-one sessions particular attention will be paid to: Articulating a Commanding Vision; Business Acumen & Planning; Personal Time Management & Productivity; Team Alignment, Staff Management, Communication & Morale; Milestones & Accountability and Hospital & Payor Partner Relations.

We are there to help with the difficult meetings with your colleagues, with your Dean or Chancellor, or with your Hospital. We'll prepare materials- and we'll prepare your team. And if you desire, we take the lead, or participate as your advisors.
